What if resilience were a matter of transmission?
Some business stories are built over time, with consistency and commitment. They are often the most impactful. This is the case with Synergix, a Geneva-based fiduciary founded in 2001 by Enrico Chincarini.
For more than twenty years, Synergix has followed a clear guiding principle: to offer business leaders rigorous, human and genuinely tailored support. Over time, the firm has evolved from a traditional fiduciary model into a hybrid structure, technology-driven and deeply rooted in client relationships.
This evolution is no coincidence. It is the result of a family dynamic, now carried forward by Jérôme Chincarini, Enrico’s eldest son, who leads the company today. Together, they have turned transmission into a lever for innovation. Not by breaking with the past, but by extending it, equipping it and putting it at the service of the future.
On the occasion of Global Entrepreneurship Week, we invite you to revisit the inner workings of this ongoing transformation. Because Synergix’s story is not just that of a company. It is the story of an entrepreneurial posture. One that chooses to endure, without ever stopping evolving.
Taking the leap with a clear vision
The story begins in 2001, in an office in Geneva. Enrico Chincarini, a federally certified expert in finance and controlling, with a career in banking spanning Geneva, Lugano and the Bahamas, decides to return to what matters most: creating a company that places people and rigour at the heart of its model.
With Synergix, he offers an alternative to what large fiduciaries can no longer provide: proximity, stability and attentive listening, in the service of SMEs, NGOs and local organisations. He knows the numbers, of course. But above all, he understands the operational realities of business leaders, the grey areas, the critical moments and the decisions that must be taken quickly and wisely.
Synergix grows steadily. Not through euphoria, but through endurance. Thanks to a close-knit team, a reputation built client by client, and recognised expertise, particularly among international NGOs. Very quickly, the firm becomes a benchmark for reliability in a sector undergoing change.
By the late 2000s, however, the first signals appear. The profession is about to change. Tools are becoming automated, digitalisation is accelerating, and business leaders want clearer insights, faster. True to its habits, Synergix does not panic. It observes, anticipates and adapts.
Above all, it remains faithful to what has always guided it: the quality of the relationship. Because even in the midst of digital transformation, this is still where everything begins and ends.
Transmitting also means transforming
When Jérôme Chincarini joins the company in 2009, the firm is at a turning point. Expectations are evolving, technology is reshaping practices, and the core challenge is no longer just producing figures, but making them readable and useful for decision-making.
A graduate of HEC Geneva with a passion for IT, Jérôme observes, questions and reframes. Very quickly, a central idea emerges: business leaders need a genuine management model. A clear framework that brings together essential information, structures discussions and supports decisions.
Traditional tools exist, but they no longer reflect the reality of businesses. Reports arrive too late, spreadsheets multiply, and data does not communicate. Something is missing to orchestrate it all.
This is how a management model gradually takes shape, designed to provide an overall view and facilitate dialogue between leaders and their advisers. To bring it to life on a daily basis, Synergix relies on IODD, a platform that makes this model tangible, accessible and dynamic.
In this process, Jérôme does not inherit a rigid framework. He evolves it, while respecting the spirit that has always been Synergix’s strength: making things simpler, clearer and more human.
Technology as a tool for clarity
IODD is not an end in itself. It is the support for a new management model that places clarity at the heart of decision-making. A model that responds to a shared need among business leaders: to quickly understand their situation, access what truly matters and identify the right priorities.
Designed as a collaborative management tool, the platform organises key data in a single, readable and secure environment. Balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow, payroll. The essentials are brought together, structured and presented to support discussion and action.
Communication becomes smoother, accounting documents are centralised, and delays and duplication disappear. IODD simplifies day-to-day operations, but above all, it brings to life the model Synergix builds with its clients.
For business leaders, this means greater visibility.
For teams, clearer processes and more time for analysis, advice and support.
IODD’s strength lies in this. It does not add to the workload. It supports a more coherent and fluid way of managing a business.
A culture that evolves without losing its identity
Adopting this management model did more than change the way work is done. It transformed the way people operate. Behind the structure it provides, an entire way of working evolved: habits, interactions and reflexes. To make this framework effective, daily practices, information flows and responsibilities had to be rethought. This evolution did not happen against the teams, but with them.
Employees adopted new reflexes, learned to collaborate differently, to structure information and to strengthen client relationships by using IODD as a shared support. Support is no longer limited to a few meetings a year. It becomes continuous, interactive and responsive.
This dynamic did not stop at Synergix’s walls. It also shaped how the company communicates about itself. With greater accuracy, greater coherence and stronger alignment between what it does, what it is and what it promises.
“Simplifying complexity” is not a slogan. It is a model. A way of approaching figures, processes and decisions. Helping business leaders see clearly, regain control and move forward, even within dense administrative or regulatory environments.
In an accelerating world, this clarity has never been more valuable.
A modern model of family entrepreneurship
At Synergix, transmission has never been an end in itself. It has become a driving force. A starting point for doing things differently.
Far from the traditional model where inheritance is about preservation, here inheritance is about transformation. Enrico Chincarini, the founder, did not just build a successful company. He laid the foundations of a culture. A way of being demanding without rigidity. An obsession with work well done, combined with deep respect for the client.
What he passes on to Jérôme is a foundation. And Jérôme, far from being constrained by it, injects a new vision. He does not erase anything. He extends it. He adjusts. He projects forward. He transforms tools, practices and methods, but never the fundamentals. In his own way, he disrupts the sector.
Synergix is neither a parachuted start-up nor a static structure. It is a rooted company that moves forward. In a world where transmission is often a risky passage, this ability to build genuine intergenerational co-construction stands as an example.

What Synergix teaches us about sustainable entrepreneurship
Synergix is not a model to replicate. It is an experience to observe. It shows that it is possible to build a business over time, quietly, but with conviction.
It reminds us that technology only makes sense if it clarifies. That transmission is an act of creation. And that innovation does not need to be spectacular to be transformative.
For today’s entrepreneurs, the real challenge is not to invent everything. It is to choose what should endure. And to build it, step by step, with consistency.
That is what Synergix does. And that is what makes all the difference.
