Our Story
In 2001, Enrico Chincarini was CFO of a large corporation and struggled with excessive bureaucracy. He had a vision: to reinvent accounting and human resources outsourcing to create greater value for clients. This passion and drive to create a more advanced and efficient system led him to start Synergix.
His eldest son Jérôme later joined him and re-invented Synergix’s
technology optimization and automation thanks to his technical skills and big picture thinking.
As Co-CEOs, Enrico and Jérôme share the same core values which have steadily grown an incredibly reliable and technology-driven
structure that is built on honesty, loyalty and kindness.
Synergix now proudly features a team of 16 people making greater contributions to our clients’ businesses everyday.

Never ever resting on our laurels, we release our brand new identity and create a new Corporate Finance department!

Synergix turns 20 and hires our first apprentice!

After 2 years of renovations, our team moves into our new modern offices in Rue de Neuchatel in Geneva

With a strong expertise in accounting and finance, Enrico worked for several banks in Geneva and Lugano holding strategic positions. He also spent 3 years as Head of Administration & Operations for a bank subsidiary in The Bahamas. Upon his return, he decided to pursue new challenges and founded Synergix in 2001.
His mother tongue is Swiss German and he speaks French, English and Italian. He is a passionate gourmet and he loves cooking!

With a solid background, Jérôme joined the family business in 2009. Passionate about IT and new technologies, he identifies their potential to transform and modernize the business approach. Game-changer with a visionary mind, Jérôme co-founded IODD with his father.
He holds a Bachelor Degree from HEC Geneva with a minor in Computer Science as well as several NAV certifications. He is fluent in French and English and is a big fan of sport and travel!

With a deep knowledge of the regional market, Julie put her technical and behavioral skills to good use in the development of family businesses, and then for PwC. In 2018, she joined Synergix where she quickly became a true Swiss Army knife, participating in the company's business development. She holds a Master's degree in International Business and Marketing and speaks French, English and Italian.
She's an absolute sports lover and enjoys reading mystery novels and thrillers!

Saman started his career in a Geneva-based accounting firm and gained a deep experience. The accounting field is of great interest to him and he therefore certified as a Swiss Specialist for Finance and Accounting in 2015. Always eager to challenge himself and with a great interest in new technologies, Saman joined Synergix in 2018.
He speaks French, English and German. He has been a volunteer firefighter for 15 years and currently holds the title of officer!

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and controlling, Mazyar has exceptional conceptual and analytical skills. His areas of expertise include business valuation and financial due diligence, consolidation, IFRS and Swiss GAPP reporting, internal control and risk management system implementation, investment analysis and business plan creation. Mazyar teaches federal diplomas and is an expert in federal examinations.

With a strong interest in accounting, Leticia obtained her Bachelor's degree from HEG - Geneva, specializing in Controlling, Investment and Financing in 2023. Willing and determined, she began her career in fiduciary in 2019, while holding the position of Event & Communication Manager for the HEG Junior Entreprise for 2 years. Leticia also holds a CFC of commercial employee obtained in 2016 as well as a professional maturity obtained in 2017.

Christian holds a Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in Controlling, Investment and Financing, and joined us after working for a well-know accounting firm. With a smile that's always on his face and a sharp sense of humour, Christian knows how to bring fun and energy to the office!
Christian is a Cuban salsa dancer, a talented cook and a keen hiker. All interests that testify to his vitality and adventurous spirit!

A graduate from the Haute Ecole de Gestion with a strong interest in accounting, Ismaël has developed his analytical skills thanks to his curiosity and rigor. Having always worked during his studies, Ismaël shows seriousness, diplomacy and enthusiasm. One of his passions is soccer, which he plays and he has coached a children's team. Ismaël joined Synergix in 2022, he speaks French, English and has a B1 level in German.

A graduate from the Haute École de Gestion in Geneva since 2022, Benjamin has a real interest in accounting and is constantly seeking to deepen his knowledge in the field. Having a passion for sports in general, he has worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor in a public pool. As a native English and French speaker, he has good communication skills in German as well and enjoys, above all, dynamic teamwork.

Victor joined Synergix in August 2023 for a 3-year CFC Maturité program. Prior to this, he studied at Collège Rousseau in Geneva. Passionate about new technologies and curious by nature, Victor chose to specialize in accounting, as he wanted to make it his profession and follow in the footsteps of his father, who holds a PhD in Finance Management. Victor speaks French, English and German, and is keen to learn more. He loves reading and playing video games.

Leslie joined Synergix in August 2023 for a 3-year CFC Maturité programme. Rigorous and organised, she thrives on the day-to-day work in the accounting team, learning the basics that will serve as a foundation for the rest of her career. An artist at heart, she has a passion for drawing and film, and is currently writing her first novel. Leslie speaks French and English and has a basic knowledge of German.

After obtaining his CFC in 2005, Alexandre started his professional career with a company specialized in wealth management. In 2011, he decided to reorient his career and started as a client advisor for a large insurance company. Wishing to specialize in occupational benefits, he joined the pension fund of the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes - CIEPP. Serendipity has him joined Synergix in 2019 after successfully completing his Federal Certificate in Social Insurance.

Joël started his professional career as a billing manager in a Geneva-based construction company. He then decided to join the family business in 2016 and simultaneously graduated with a Personnel management assistant diploma. Thanks to his solid expertise, he has become a HR consultant for a large entity. Joël speaks French and English.
He is passionate about sports and nutrition and is currently preparing for a bodybuilding competition!

With a strong interest for human resources, Hayat started her career by joining one of the largest tobacco company in Neuchâtel. She was able to deepen and put into practice her knowledge acquired during her studies at the HEG. Hayat joined Synergix in 2019.
She speaks French and English and she loves fashion, photography and travelling.
