Christian joined Synergix in March 2024 as a Junior Accountant and quickly found his place within the accounting team. He is one of those people whose presence is felt without ever needing to overdo it. A smile, a kind word, good energy, and everything feels lighter.

A skilled accountant, a supportive colleague, a devoted young father, a passionate dancer and a video game enthusiast, Christian perfectly embodies the blend of rigour and joy of life that lies at the heart of Synergix.

Behind his natural gentleness, there is a genuine curiosity about the world, a desire to learn and to grow. Nothing about him is fixed. He moves forward, evolves and builds. His journey reflects who he is: sincere, open and always in motion.

Today, he is one of the smiling faces of the Synergix team. The one who makes numbers rhyme with trust, method with good humour, and teamwork with shared enjoyment.

Before choosing a career in accounting, Christian took time to travel. First London, then Alicante. A deliberate choice to learn languages, but above all to learn about himself. These experiences helped him gain independence, openness and confidence.

He then decided to train formally. After obtaining a Federal VET Diploma in commercial administration, he went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at HEG while working. He spent several years in a large Swiss service company, where he learned the accounting profession, client relations and the importance of rigour.

It was at HEG that he crossed paths with Leticia. They stayed in touch until the day she mentioned that a position was opening up at Synergix. The timing was perfect. Christian was ready for a new challenge.

When he discovered Synergix, he was drawn to its technological momentum, the youth of the teams and the desire to challenge conventions. He joined the adventure in March 2024, eager to contribute, grow and thrive in a stimulating environment.

What first attracted Christian to Synergix was the place given to technology.
Digitalisation, modern tools and a future-oriented vision resonated strongly with his desire to work differently.

But beyond technology, it is the team spirit that truly makes the difference. A young, friendly and dynamic team where collaboration comes naturally. Everyone contributes, shares ideas and moves forward together. This collective energy is where Christian feels most fulfilled.

An accountant, yes, but above all someone who listens. Christian enjoys understanding his clients’ needs, supporting them and making their lives easier. What motivates him is contact, exchange and clarity.

His days move between data entry, mandate follow-ups, audit support and discussions. Always with rigour, but without unnecessary stress. He likes things to be done properly, while keeping a smile.

And in the open space, his soundscape is easy to recognise. A touch of reggaeton, a burst of laughter, a hint of salsa. A perfect balance between focus and good vibes.

What he also appreciates at Synergix is the friendliness and fluidity of teamwork. He collaborates with everyone: accounting, HR and management. Exchanges are simple, direct and kind. The atmosphere is both professional and relaxed, exactly what he was looking for.

His integration felt natural. From the very first days, he felt at ease. He enjoys the simple moments: open-space conversations, shared laughter and spontaneous lunches. At Synergix, he can be himself, without pretence.

Professionally, Christian quickly thrives in his role. On a personal level, 2025 marks a joyful turning point. He gets married, then becomes the proud father of an adorable baby boy. Two major sources of happiness that turn everyday life upside down, but never his energy.

Despite short nights and busy days, he keeps the same smile, the same kindness and the same drive to move forward. Always present, always listening, always with a word to make people laugh. People often say he is radiant, and it is true. Christian gives off a gentle, sincere warmth that instantly puts everyone at ease.

Outside of work, Christian lives to the rhythm of music. A passionate Cuban salsa dancer, he loves following the beat, feeling the group’s energy and sharing moments of pure joy.

When he is not on the dance floor, he is often on the road. Long drives, hours behind the wheel, his way of escaping.

When it comes to screens, Japanese culture takes centre stage. Naruto, Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer. Stories of resilience and courage that resonate deeply with him. Japan is also one of his dream travel destinations, a country he imagines as both exotic, vibrant and deeply inspiring.

Musically, his Spotify reflects who he is: eclectic. Reggaeton, salsa, bachata, afro house and a few classics from the 70s and 80s. His favourite artist? No question needed. Any colleague could answer. Bad Bunny. Benito in his heart, without hesitation.

And for a fun fact: he has already walked the runway as a model for an association supporting deaf and mute people. An unusual and generous experience, perfectly in line with his open-minded spirit.

Finally, it is impossible not to mention cooking. Rumour has it that his lasagne always wins unanimous praise. Generous, convivial and full of flavour. A lot like him, really.

Christian breaks stereotypes. He is not the cold, rigid accountant people sometimes imagine. He is approachable, smiling and genuinely engaged with others. He likes numbers, of course, but above all what they enable: to help, organise and clarify.

Curious and attentive, he sees accounting as a living profession, serving people and projects. He moves forward calmly, learning, observing and building at his own pace, with equal parts seriousness and good humour.

What matters to him is progressing, understanding and adding value. He wants to continue developing his skills, evolving and sharing his knowledge with others.

At Synergix, he has found a stimulating environment, a team that moves forward together and a space where he can fully be himself. No need for a three-piece suit to exist. Just sincerity, hard work and a bit of music in your head.

And looking a little further ahead? He could imagine himself living in Spain, in the sun, by the sea. A simple, bright dream, just like him.
